Alright lads I am still pissed off about our game yesterday I dont think anyone performed to the standard I expect off you. I have played with nearly all of you in the past and if I thought we was out of our league and our players were not good enough to perform at this level then I would admit it but hand on heart I think we have the quality in every one of our players to win against anyone in this division as long as we put the effort in and everyone plays to the standard they can while enjoying playing for the trades.

Sunday is in the past now and there is no point going on about it dwelling on whats happened we are still in the first half of our season there is a lot of games left so please lads lets enjoy what we do and try put it right on Sunday.

Sunday Liam is in charge as I was sent to the stands sunday and have to serve a one match ban, please treat him with respect and help him where possible we are a team, we have not got one dickhead in our squad so please no one act like one.

In the big picture its really not that bad it is a hobbie but I do expect big things from our squad so lets start building now for the future.
TRADES ARMY !!!!

We need to trust in each other's abilities, and get closer as a team. We can all receive the ball under pressure if we trust that our team mates will be providing an option for us, this will simplify our game and remove the frustration of long balls.

We need to get to know one another better, I personally would like to build a better relationship with many of the lads, this will allow us to carry a common banter onto the pitch, and psychologically it will do wonders for our game. Therefore there should be more importance on meeting at the Trades after a game, club nights out, maybe meet early before training for discussions, things like that. Many of the lads I see for 1 hour in the week and a few hours on Sundays, it affects our morale.

I would suggest bringing back another training session on Fridays when we have the light, just to see more of each other and get involved. It will be more important for us to play for one another if we all have good friendships.

Well to be honest i'm shocked at the lack of effort some players showed this morning!!! with a squad so big then you need to take the opportunity the management give you, i wouldn't be surprised if there are lots of changes next match!

If things aren't going to plan then the least you can do is put the effort in! players losing posession and then watching the opposition run away is not good enough as simple as that.

It's ok talking a good game but you need to show what you can do on the pitch, the ball doesn't need to be booted forward at every opportunity, a bit of composure and a few passes will calm people down and it gets easier to play football.

Anyway not much else to say really, bad show all round.
